A vacancy has arisen at Chelsfield Lakes Golf Centre for a target driven, proactive, positive & highly engaging individual to drive our sales revenue within the Centre.
The focus will primarily be on increasing Functions and Events bookings whilst also developing our presence and PR in the local area.
Chelsfield Lakes boasts 27-holes of golf, great practice and retail facilities along with a large Clubhouse with 3 different function spaces. The Centre is located on the outskirts of Orpington, easily accessible form Bromley and Sevenoaks with fantastic rail and road links; just 2 minutes from Junction 4 of the M25.
You will love selling! You are courteous and personable – nothing is too much trouble for our Customers. You enjoy meeting/exceeding targets, bringing fresh ideas to the table, maintaining and creating a steady stream of sales. You will have a fundamental understanding of Sales and CRM, you thrive on using your Sales & Marketing techniques across various media including email, social media, online and offline activity to drive the conversation. You will liaise closely with the General Manager of the Club.
You must possess the following –
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Car driver
- Bags of sales initiative!
- Excellent telephone manner
- Professional and confident communicator
We offer a basic salary of £18,000pa with further commission based earning potential.
